i bought the new martha stewart magazine and saw this chicken recipe. i have heard of beer can chicken before, but never tried it before.
it was delicious!!! and i made the fig sauce and made roasted veggies {squash, zucchini, potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic}. yummy.
