Joe got to meet my best girl, Kome, her boyfriend Derek and Jack, a 12-year-old Boxer Friday.  Kome rescued Jack  from the shelter four years ago. He’s a good boy to put up with the pup. He finally laid down on Joe’s bed… He was a little big for it!

Thanksgiving was delicious… I snapped a few shots as I prepped the turkey and baked the pie. My hubby made the red velvet cupcakes (I frosted).

Saturday my sister and her husband had their housewarming party. If was very nice. The neighbors were very nice. Friends and family were there. Of course I must have been very hungry, because most of my shots were of food… Here are a few snapshots from the event… (and my two best boys!)

You might recognize Jennifer and Rolando from their maternity session and their handsome son, Joaquin, from his newborn session. 

 This time I got to photograph Jennifer, her new family and her family, including mom, Judy; father, Ross; bother, Kyle and his children, Julia and Joel. Even Oliver, the canine child, got to take a few photos. 

We shot in Lake Plumas near Marysville in an orchard and at the levee. I just love autumn light… It’s like honey….
